Hello Dears!
Teachers, i only read opentuition lecture notes and practice the BPP revision kit, not use BPP Text Book.Could you give some advice for my preparation? Can i pass the exam.
Thanks a lot!
Su,December 17, 2016 at 8:02 am #363884You can pass the exam with this material.Note that we also have free lectures and many people find these useful.
It is vitally important to practise questions. When you practise questions put your answer on a separate sheet so that you can repeat the questions later without any clues.
When you get a question wrong decide whether it was simply a slip or whether it was a lack of knowledge. If a lack of knowledge, have a look at the Opentuition notes and lectures again.
December 17, 2016 at 8:45 am #363889Thank you so much.I enjoy studying Opentuition lectures and Notes. These are very easy to memorize and most of the questions i can answer. So these are very useful.

January 14, 2017 at 5:30 pm #366514What about? You should be ready to attempt the exam.
March 3, 2017 at 5:25 am #375212I watched all the lecture videos and read the lecture notes. however there are only few specimen papers available to attempt. is that enough practice or is it necessary to purchase an exam kit for f1?
March 3, 2017 at 7:36 am #375233I would strongly advise you to purchase an exam kit. When you try questions, don’t mark the book so you can go back to questions without any marks to provide ‘hints’.
I don’t know which exams you have tried, but ACCA has some specimen ones and there are flash cards, revision questions and a mock exam on this site also.
April 22, 2017 at 7:38 am #3830451. Are there lectures for FA1, FA2, MA1and MA2
2. Are the Open Tuition notes sufficient to pass the above exams for someone with no accounting backgroundApril 22, 2017 at 5:23 pm #383111See here:
The notes cover the technical content you need, but it is essential to have lots of question practice. Therefore, you should buy a revision kit/question bank from one of the major publishers.
June 3, 2017 at 11:05 am #389895Is it enough to read only the notes of open tuition?
June 3, 2017 at 12:18 pm #389909No. You should listen to the lectures and practise questions from an exam kit from one of the major publishers.
