Can anyone help with my queries below:
1. I see the Questions are now posted online, but do we know when the Answer sheets will be published?
2. On Question (3) on seasonal variations, I answered part (a) using the linear regression analysis method. I now realise that they wanted you to “assume a proportional (multiplicative) model.” Does anyone think that I will get any marks out of the ten available? Or a big fat zero? The answers provided seemed sensible by the method I used – i.e. arouind c 1,300k or so which continued the upward trend.
Thank you.
There is no fixed date for publishing the answers but it is usually in one or two weeks – they should be there fairly soon.
I am sure that you will not get zero for part (a) (although you will obviously not get full marks!!). They should give you some credit for what you have done.
Great, thank you for your prompt response.
With ten marks on offer for that part, it could make all the difference!
Also, are you aware of any of the answers to the computational parts of the questions?
I have done my own answers, but I have not seen the examiner’s answers yet.
sir, can you explain those questions( f5 june 2012 ) using your own theory and answers?
The examiners answers are now on the ACCA website.
I will be uploading my recordings going through my answers sometime in the next one or two weeks.
