Will i be able to pass F4 by only listening n understanding properly the lectures and notes provided by open tuition.com as i dont have any other text or resource to prepare for the exam.

It would be most unlikely that you would be able to pass using only lectures and notes

You really must (MUST) acquire a revision kit from a reputable tuition provider. Hours and hours of practice are essential for success in this exam
