Is low customer turnover, high ee turnover are the valid examples of business risk?
July 12, 2015 at 5:07 pm #260632Why low customer?
They both sound to be indicators of poor management!
July 12, 2015 at 11:46 pm #260657Yes,both are the indicators of poor management. But the result will be reduction in profit .so,in this aspect isnt it business risk?
July 13, 2015 at 6:55 am #260667Again I ask, why is low customer turnover a business risk? How will it result in a reduction of profits?
I can accept that reducing profits is a business risk and therefore you can claim that any factor that results in profit reduction is a business risk.
But I still am struggling to see how low customer turnover is bad news. Maybe, by implication, we’re not getting new customers and that would be bad news. Is that what you are referring to?
July 13, 2015 at 11:37 am #260676Yes now I got it.low customer turnover doesn’t results in lower profit.
