    Why low customer?

They both sound to be indicators of poor management!

Yes,both are the indicators of poor management. But the result will be reduction in profit .so,in this aspect isnt it business risk?

Again I ask, why is low customer turnover a business risk? How will it result in a reduction of profits?

I can accept that reducing profits is a business risk and therefore you can claim that any factor that results in profit reduction is a business risk.

But I still am struggling to see how low customer turnover is bad news. Maybe, by implication, we’re not getting new customers and that would be bad news. Is that what you are referring to?

Ashok, that’s a matter that would more appropriately be dealt with by private message rather than on Ask the Tutor!
