1.what u mean by redundancy ???
2.difference between unfair and wrongful dismissal ???
3.difference between downsizing and delayering ???
4. what youu mean by constructive dismissal ??
please explain all the above with suitable examples . And as you know sir, in bpp text this chapter is verylenghty what are the important topics to be studied ? should we mugg up or understand ??

Downsizing = make your business smaller
Delayering = make it more wide/flat ie fewer layers
The rest of what you mentin is not in the cutrent F1 syllabus

wrongful dismissal applies to the method of dismissal and unfair dismissal is when dismissed without being given any good reason for dismissal.
constructive dismissal is when the employee resigns due to misconduct of the employer.
