hello sir,
i wanted to clarify regarding certain topics included in this portion of syllabus, i understand there are few techniques to value business like earnings growth etc but what do we basically have to do in topics like synergy,acquisition failure,high growth startups?
There are no extra numerical techniques involved in dealing with synergy etc..
It is a question of following instructions (in the case of calculation questions) or mentioning them in discussion (in written parts of questions).thanks sir, so basically they are topics for conversation in questions, got itt
