Building Block Model (Fitzgerald and Moon)

Hi, What are the six dimensions of performance contained within the building block model? (Drag into the box style of question) The answers given are: Competitiveness. Innovation. PROFITABILITY. ??? Resource Utilisation. Flexibility. Quality. I don't understand why "PROFITABILITY" is included in the answer instead of "FINANCIAL". "Financial" is one of the options for me to choose.

You do not say which kit you refer to. Fitzgerald and Moon refer to 'financial' rather than to 'profitability', although profitability is the most important financial consideration.

I do not have the Kaplan Kit (only the BPP Revision Kit). However the reply I wrote before is still valid :-)
