Hello Tutor,
In buiding block model, after dimensions that are CSF’s, what does Standard mean here? Are they the KPI’s for the CSF’s highlighted in dimension section or they are the standards set to identify the KPI’s?

The KPIs will be compared to targets. The targets are the standards to be met and must be fair, achievable and controllable.
