Can you please explain the proper style for briefing paper?

10y ago#1It's just like a memorandum, but says 'Briefing Paper' at the top instead of 'Memorandum'. So at the top of the answer have:
BRIEFING PAPER
About:....................................................................................
To:.........................................
From:....................................
Date:.....................................
Introduction
This briefing paper deals with.........
Then have headed paragraphs such as Environmental Analysis, Competitive position...................................or whatever is relevant to the question.
Looks like a report as well.
