Sir what is the format of a briefing note?

I am struggling to understand how/if its format differs from that of a report?

For report I understand we will have (to, from, sub, date).

For briefing notes there is JUST a title ? Or we follow same as report format I mentioned above?

In the exam, repors, briefing notes and memoranda will all have similar contents as dictated by the question data. In all, paragraph headings are appropriate. The obvious difference is their titles: report, briefing note or memorandum.
