Sir,according to Incoterms '10, is there a difference between CFR and CIF anymore? I mean, in both the risk passes when goods are 'passed over the rail' ie; placed on land yea?

This should not be on the stream about Bribery Act!

There is a note which, I hope, explains the difference. Clearly there must be a difference because otherwise they would not need both to exist!
