Sir is the distinction b/w process reengineering, redesign and improvement as identified by Harmon are important to know and understand?
I think you need simply to understand that redesign and improvement are relatively incremental wheras BPR is more or less throw out what we have and start again. A zero-based approach.

One more thing sir. Sir, if for instance we are asked to explain process reengineering methodology instead of redesign methodology, can we use the harmon’s redesign methodology for that?
