Yes it’s been like that for a while unfortunately! If you raise a support ticket as they have listed on the site, they will send you a form and it’s easy to fill out and you can request what you need. Then once you have sent it back they will call you to make payment over the phone and you will receive the materials, in my case I ordered ebooks and I got them the same day.

BPP are hoping to have their server working again early next week.
