10y ago#1It is the other way round!
The current cost (before discount) is 1063158, and they are currently getting a discount on that of 5%.
The new cost (before discount) will fall to 950,000, and so instead of getting a 5% discount (and only paying 902,500) they will only get a 3% discount and therefore be paying 97% x 950,000 = 921,500.
