BPP Revision Kit Q 82 (b) & 83 (c)

Dear Mr. John, Question 82 ZSE Co part (b): Identify and discuss the factors to be considered in formulating a trade receivables management policy for ZSE Co. Question 83 WQZ Co part (c): Discuss the factors that should be considered in formulating working capital policy on the management of trade receivables. Are these two questions asking about the same thing but why is it answer given by BPP is totally different from each other? Thanks, Kevin
