If anyone has access to BPP revision kit there is a 50 mark Question for Zilber Hotels in the suggested answers it mentions operating profit margin has fell by 15.4%, under the operating profit margin section. Can anyone tell me how this was calculated.
It doesn’t say that. It says that profit margins (after adding the discount back to revenue) have fallen from 15.4% (20X6) to 13.5% 20X7)
So, for 20X6:
Revenue before d/c = 135697+18255 = 153952
Op profit = 23732% = 15.4%
