we need to state wether the statement is tru or false.
for disposal of residetial property a poa must be made.

i chose false bcoz for cgt only one payment is made

but in solution they have given the statemnt is true

can u clarify this

For the CGT due on gains on residential property, the gain must be declared and the tax due (a POA) must be paid within 60 days of completion of the sale.
