Is it possible for you to debrief part (a) of this question.

My answer is completely different from that of the Kit.

I am not sure what you are expecting me to do.

Part (a) asks for an explanation of life-cycle costing and of target costing - no numbers.

Both of these are standard written topics - best is to read the answer in the revision kit, and/or read the recent articles in Student Accountant.
