Hello
I am studying this subject in case i did not pass in march in addition to June exam
Why are we prepared to pay an extra 7% for the rejected projects on top of the 10%. I thought that was the reason they were rejected. I just don't understand the logic of being prepared to pay more than normal
Why do they add the 7% to the 10% on the rejected projects. 7% is the return of the rejected projects so you are losing 3 odd percent

I got it......it's like you are starting with a negative 3 to get to your 14%, so you need a minimum of 17% to make the same numbers??
Correct :-)
