Please John, do you know if it is possible to write ACCA PM exam in March and September 2023?

Why do you want to take the exam twice?
There are sittings in both March and in September. Depending on where you live you might be able to sit the exam in an exam centre or might have to take it online. You can find out from the ACCA website.

Thank you. I am writing it once, I just wanted to confirm if it is possible to write exams in those months.

It certainly is possible, but do check on the ACCA website as to whether you will be able to sit it at an exam centre or whether you will have to take it online.
