    keymaster This question was found on BPP revision kit just need your opinion and more explanation .

    Belbin described the most effective character mix in a team.This involves eight necessary roles, which should ideally be balanced and spread in a team.

    a person who is highly strong , extrovert, and passionate about the task fits into which of belbin’s role?

    1) Plant
    2) Complete finisher
    3) Resource investigator
    4) Shaper

    A) 1, 2 and 3
    B) 2, 3 and 4
    C) 1,2, and 4
    D) 1,3 and 4

    i strongly believe a plant is not an extrovert not passionate but only introduce idea. And should not fit into the role

    These are always hard. I don’t think the completer finisher fits this person. They are calm and methodical, not highlt strung.

    That suggests answer D.

    As you say, a plant is not an ideal fit, but these people are passionate, or can be, about their radical ideas.
