You can't disagree with factual information given in the question. This is not a profit-making organisation and it is common for trustees in charities not to be remuneration. They are trustees because they 2ant to help (or to feel good about themselves). This had implications for the capabilities of the trustees eg they must have sufficient free time and so often attracts people who are retired or who have otherwise left the workforce.
