also sir in this same question, its written that board of trustees is not rewarded whereas management board is. However I don’t agree with it.
Board of trustees would be comprising of NEDs, and do take a fixed sum.
And this disagreement is baffling to me

This is not a profit-making organisation and it is common for trustees in charities not to be remuneration. They are trustees because they 2ant to help (or to feel good about themselves).
This had implications for the capabilities of the trustees eg they must have sufficient free time and so often attracts people who are retired or who have otherwise left the workforce.

What about NGOs? Their supervisory board WILL NOT BE paid?
And public sector organisations(government controlled)? Their supervisory board SHOULD BE PAID like for-profit organisations?
