Hello sir ! There was question u Kaplan kit . It says " time between the customer's order being taken and delivering" . I think this should be customer satisfaction perspective but answer is internal learning and growth.

6y ago#1It really depends on the wording of the rest of the question (I. do not have the Kaplan Kit - only the BPP Revision Kit - and so I cannot check the wording myself).
Depending on the rest of the question (in particular what the company is trying to achieve or what problems they are currently having) then it could well be customer satisfaction perspective.
