Dear Sir, Can I use substantive procedure as 'auditor response' when answering a question concerning audit risk ? Thank you,

Sometimes yes but not always. Per the examiner's report (S18): "An auditor’s response does not have to be a detailed audit procedure, rather an approach the audit team will take to address the identified risk." I urge you to read, if you have not already done so, the article linked to the sticky post at the top of this forum "How to score marks in AA – essential guidance". To really benefit from this article DO attempt the questions as signposted.
