Marks can only be awarded one - so it is a waste of exam time (and an annoyance to the marker) if you repeat the same point. A full point that is relevant to the question set will get 1 mark. If not sufficiently developed, but relevant, it will get 1/2 a mark. Points that are factually correct will get no marks unless they are relevant in the context of the question set.
