If there is a group, and its has a group audit report . So will the parent and each components also has seperate audit report in addition to the group audit report ? or is it just one report issues by group auditors

7y ago#1If a subsidiary's financial statements are required to be audited it will have it's own auditor's report. If a parent is required to have both the separate financial statements and the consolidated financial statement audited the parent auditor would issue two separate reports.
