.i read through audit reports in detail i need to address few things to with i have a doubt..
if we are issuing unmodified opinion ,and there is a material uncertainty for going concern and adequate disclosures are made ,this paragraph about material uncertainty is included immediately after basis of opinion ........
what if we have same opinion and material uncertainty plus we have emphasis of matter .,then in what format i should put it ?? as for emphasis it said put immediately after basis of opinion paragraph // how come both paragraphs (emphasis of matter / material uncertainty )shoild be immediately after basis of opinion ....

Let me give you a bit of guidance here ... the Emphasis of Matter paragraph is NOT typed on top of / over the material uncertainty paragraph
So what do YOU think happens?
..thats a confusion ,if i have both paragraphs what would be the format then .
