Can we be asked to prepare an audit strategy at our level?

The syllabus mentions:
The study guide specifies:
‘Identify and describe the contents of the overall audit strategy and audit plan’
‘Explain and describe the relationship between the overall audit strategy and the audit plan.’
So, being given a scenario and then being asked what matters you would address in the strategy would appear to be examinable.
