Hello ,
In this question it says that to write an EM where I have to view the three Dicretors’ views about how to manage the different stakeholders.In the begining I understood that I have to discuss how to treat the different stakeholders like by using Mendlow Matrix.
But When I saw the breifing video he has only viewed what the directors have said and made a small comment about how they should deal with the different stakeholders.
In your openion what we should do here to completely talk about how they should manage the different stakeholders using Mendlow Matrix for example .
or just to view what they have said and give some correcting comments.As it is an only 14 marks question.

The question asks you to examine the three directors’ views so you have to concentrate on that rather than a fell MM analysis. Of course, MM could be useful eg in saying that a director perhaps underestimates the importance of a key player.
