16y ago#1ACCA has a training requirement which could be achieved by working in a professional firm or with any employer but you need to have a mentor, with a recognized accounting qualification. The term ''Articleship'' is used for the prescribed training period by an Institute of Chartered Accountants (like in Pakistan, India). Both are not the same but Articleship experience can be counted towards the ACCA training requirement. Only that it needs to be documented properly.
