Good evening sir!
in part (c), we are asked to compute the PV of the savings.
for period 2 (6 mts to 1 year) i get a DF of:
1+6.2/2 = 1.031
so, df=1/1.031^2 = .9407 = .941
the answer shows the factor =.942.
hope that i am calculating the factors correctly …

It is just rounding (because the tables only go to three decimal places and the examiner has rounded his workings).
It does not affect the marks, provided (or course) that you show your workings in a form that the markers can understand – the marks are more for the workings than for the final answer.
