Sir the top tips and model answer of this question mention the use of Blake and Mouton, Tanenbaum and also contingency theories of leadership other than Theory X and Y.
So will we be expected to have and present knowledge of theories mentioned above other than X and Y in this exam?

9y ago#1The model answer states that the question can be answeredin a number of ways and provides a comprehensive solution that ismuch longer than you could producein the exam.
Thworetically , Tannenbaum and Schmidt etcarein the syllabus but it is very unlikely indeed that you would be specifically asked for certain theories. Candidates seemed to concentrate on Theory X and Y.
I suggest you do not research more then is in our notes and lectures for thisarea of thea syllabus.
