APPROACH TO ANSWERING question

sir i was solving psat P3 question since you told it was very similar to SBL question. i was having a number of difficulty while answering the question could you please help me out with these problems and what should i do to overcome them.

1)even if i can figure out what model to use or figure out the head point to structure my answer i am still struggling to understand what point should i make.

eg)PESTEL I figure out social as a HEAD POINT i still cant figure out what should i write under social

2) TIME – so lets say a 15 marks question should take me 30 minutes but it takes double the time to to answer the questions

3) when i compare my answer with the model answer they are so different in term of point,stucture heading sequence .
