There is an implied link between assessment reward..In terms of appraisal, this is not helpful factor…..Question is Why? No matter how many times I think I can’t get the point….Thank you….
The better the assessment/performance then perhaps the better your salary. However, salaries depend on many other factors too eg what can the employer afford to pay, what is the salary band for that grade.
I assume that a guided assessment is like an open assessment – where the appraisee and their manager discuss any issues they deem appropriate drawn from their experience over the appraisal period.
