    1. SIR SINCE HERE IN THE QUESTION ITS NKT SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED WHIXH METHOD TO USE DOR APPORTIONMENT STEP UP ,DIRECT ,RECIPROCAL IF NONE IS MENTIONED WHICH METHOD SHOULD BE USED

    Please do not type in capital letters.

    The method of apportioning is given in the question. It is in the ratio 2:3 (which is 2/5 and 3/5).

    0.788 is 0.7875 rounded, and so your answer is correct!!
