I got 49 in the December sitting. I feel I wrote enough to just pass. Do you think it is worth appealling a re- marking of my script? Has anybody ever had a fail changed to a pass after an appeal? It is a painful result

    So sorry my dear friend.
acca can make adjustment to your result where necessary, it is only on rear occasions one is able to beat the process (admin review).

I want to advice that you go through the exam again, i once got 49 in f7 before. you will make it this time. i made mine.

marks within this range are called “marginal failure” & it requires a bit- more of effort. consolidate on the previous preparation.

    i wish you success!

I agree with gabriel. Although I have never had marginal failure experience I have friends with a direct experience. They tried admin review but no chance. It seems acca won’t change marks for political reasons. As soon as people hear marks are being amended, they will loss confidence of the markers and the instituition.

Hi I also got 49 marks in the Dec 11 sitting. Was disappointed because of 1 mark. Next time I will have to let the people supervising us at the school to change my sitting. I got bit disturbed with some very large ants right under where I was sitting and that was right in the middle of the exam!
