Going through the Study Text of B.P.P I came across the diagram of Court Structure, and there were 2 words.
a) Appeal
b) Appeal by way of case stated.
Can you please tell me. What's the meaning of "Appeal by way of case stated". And how does it differs from simply an "Appeal". And an example for both would be really appreciated.
I tried looking for it in Ai Tutor but failed to understand. Looking forward an early reply

Whatsinaname want to make a 30% mark-up on a batch of 200 badges.
The selling price for the badge should be.
A. $586
B. $644
C. $ 649
D. $707
