I want to ask for answer to question 1. part (i) of APM Specimen – from September 2022 in the following links : https://www.accaglobal.com/content/dam/ACCA_Global/Students/resourceFinder/Read-the-mind-of-APM-marker-Q1.pdf For the csf: "Create a task force to develop skills in detection and prosecution of virtual crime". I donot understand that whether this CSF means "to create a task force to teach about the detection and prosecution of virtual crime" or " to create a task force who have the expertise in detection and prosecution of virtual crime'.? I propose The KPI: " The number of training days for police forces in detection and prosecution of virtual crime" related to that CSF. I want to ask whether this KPI is suitable and relevant for this CSF? Thanks!

I think it is the first csf you mention. The task force (presumable a small number of people) will be used to instruct and educate the whole of the police force. Your KPI is fine but it mentions only input of resources ie training days. It would be good if the KPI tried to capture outputs eg those officers who have acquired the relevant skills.

So to score full mark for KPI I should devise the KPI that capture outputs in this question?

Yes, I believe so. KPI's are useless pieces of statistics if they do not tell you about how successfully you are achieving your CSFs.
