Anyone from South Africa that is studying F1?

I am new to all this home self study stuff, please if there is anyone out there that is in sa, i have been checking on the forum and everyone makes it sound so easy! i am starting to feel like a retard, as i have no idea whats going on or maybe its just cause i am stressed out about this. please if anyone can maybe shed some light or give me tips, also i saw somewere someone talking about a cd that u can get, i have down loaded the notes?
