Hi
need to ask that when answering the questions can we use short forms of documents instead of using the full form for example GDNs SPL and SFP etc or examiner requires us to use the full form?

You should state in full first followed by abbreviation in brackets UNLESS the abbreviation is given in the question (in which case you don’t need to write it out in full). Always consider, however, that unless there will be multiple references (which is often NOT the case) there is no great efficiency in introducing abbreviations.
