Hi, I understand that an AGM is a mandatory annual meetings of shareholders. Meanwhile, the Companies Act 2006 states that there is now no statutory requirement for a private company to hold any general meetings or annual general meetings. Therefore, is AGM compulsory for a private company?
Thank you.
