4y ago#1I'm not sure what you want beyond what's written in Chapter 12 and recorded in the related lecture. As for 'duration' I really don't think that you mean what you have asked
Please post again with what it is particularly about which you are unsure from re-reading the notes and re-hearing the lecture and I'll happily get back to you
