Hi there,
I’m going through the exam kit questions but it seams like Chapter 5 Agency Law it’s not included into exam kit questions. Does it mean we will not be assested on this chapter or is it kind of mistake?

But for exams up to August 2021 … it’s still section D1 of the syllabus
And, by the way, there are NO changes in the syllabus for exams up to August 2021 so all your current material is still valid (assuming that you have material that is not too old!)
