Then I suggest that you check out all my "starred" posts at the top of that forum - and at the top of this forum. All the resources that I flag are essential - if there are any that you have not come across before then perhaps you have not been sufficiently well prepared.
I can't remember exactly what you wrote in your post - but something suggested that you might be looking to take a "learnt" approach to it. AA is NOT a theory - it cannot be rote-learnt.
