Hello Tutor
I have just sat F4 for the 2nd time and failed with 49%. I previously sat the exam earlier in the year and failed with 48%. I’m feeling really disappointed as you can imagine.
I have a Kaplan question book which I studied several times and was getting good results in each section. I also have completed several mock exams through my Kaplan online resources. I was achieving 72% & 73% in these mock exams.
I’m not sure what else to try to pass the exam. Any ideas? Is it worth getting a BBP question book to work through too?
Please help
Thanks

Laura, if you’ve gone through the Kaplan exam kit several times, how come you’re not getting 90% – 95% correct?
I’m sorry to say but you should be so familiar with these exam kits that you could re-write them in your sleep
There is no substitute for constant and frequent repetition
There is a limit to the number of ways in which the same question can be asked so the more of them that you do, the more familiar will be the format, the range of answers, the hidden catches
When next you go through the exam kit, make a note of those that you got wrong and try to analyse WHY your attempt was incorrect and WHY the printed solution is correct
And post again when you come to an issue that you’re not able to resolve
