    question
    i wanted to ask that are they any changes in syllabus for pm and FM for September 2020
    and are topic 1 and topic 2 according to the syllabus going to be examined in section C , cause in the kaplan exam kit has section C for topic 1 and topic 2

    The very last page of the syllabuses on the ACCA website lists any changes to the syllabus.
    There are no changes for Paper FM. There are some minor changes to Paper PM, although not to calculations of anything.

    With regard to Section C, I assume that you are referring to Paper PM. The syllabus states that “the two 20 mark questions will come from the decision-making techniques, budgeting and control and/or performance measurement and control areas of the syllabus. These questions may also include requirements related to the information systems area of the syllabus. The section A questions and the questions in section B can cover any areas of the syllabus.”

    I don’t know what you are referring to by ‘topic 1’ and ‘topic 2’ – the areas listed in the syllabus are referred to as A, B, C etc 🙂
    If you are referring to the chapters in our free lecture notes, then chapters 1 and 2 are costing areas and so they will not be a full Section C question.
