The "ACCA Qualification" has three levels - Applied Knowledge, Applied Skills and Strategic Professional. As it says here https://yourfuture.accaglobal.com/global/en/our-qualifications/fundamentals.html, to start studying for Applied Knowledge exams you must be qualified to University-entrance level. However, the Applied Knowledge exams (AB, MA, FA), which are the "bottom" level of the ACCA Qualification, also comprise the "ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business" https://yourfuture.accaglobal.com/global/en/our-qualifications/foundations.html You do not need any qualifications to enter for a foundation award - and if you pass AB/MA/FA in the foundations qualification and complete the online ethics module, you would be exempt from these exams in the ACCA Qualification. So yes you can start from FAB, but do read this article https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/qualifications/glance/foundation-level/overview/starting-at-the-right-level.html
