I wondered whether there was any articles available to read on the ethical issues to relevant to the exam content please.

DWe do not have any for Paper AFM (and the ACCA does not have any for AFM either).
However I assume that you have already done the Ethics and Professional Skills module, and what you covered there is much more than sufficient for Paper AFM.
