Hi Sir, Good day! There is a question -- Is the following statement true or false? Adair's leadership model focuses on what leaders do and not what they are And the answer is False. However, I think it is about 'what leaders do' because it says in the text --"Effective leadership is a process of identifying and acting on the priority, exercising a relevant cluster of roles to meet the various needs".
