Hi Sir,
Good day!
There is a question — Is the following statement true or false?
Adair’s leadership model focuses on what leaders do and not what they are
And the answer is False. However, I think it is about ‘what leaders do’ because it says in the text –“Effective leadership is a process of identifying and acting on the priority, exercising a relevant cluster of roles to meet the various needs”. So could you pls help to answer why it’s wrong? Thank you so much, sir!
It’s a stupid smart-arse question that is more suited to a university exam and a discursive answer.
I wouldmhave said the model focuses on what leaders do.
