Do we need to remember what are in the Acts? I know the principles in general but I don't remember specifically what is in each Act

Which 'Acts' are you talking about? I believe that at the start of every lecture I make a point of saying that there's no need to remember case names, no need to remember dates, nor section numbers, nor titles of Acts Does the above sentence answer your original question?
